the university with this Expansion pack! your sim parents will be releaved and your sim teens or young adults will be smart. they
can level up faster and earn more money with a diploma!

New Activities: You can go to the university and move into a dorm, private house, geek house or a Student Apartment.You can go to
the university and follow the education you choosed for your sim.

Graduate: Your sim needs to be get a C to graduate and they need are having 4 to 6 years of university.

Educations: You need to choose an education. You can choose from these: Mathematics, Philosophy, Physics, Political science, Psychology,
Art, Biology, Drama, Economics, History, Architecture, Music and Literature.

IQ: Your sim can have an IQ now which means you can see how smart your sim is. Your sim get tests and if they don't learn enough for the
test they will be dumb and will have a low IQ and if they did learn a lot they will get a good IQ. You can go to the university with the
IQ of 60. The IQ is somewhere between the 60 and 170.

New Sim: There's going to be a new sim "SimNerds" these sims have big heads and they know a lot. you can meet them somewhere around the
town and be friends with them if you are a friend with them you can ask them to do your homework for money or you need to
arrange a date for him.

How does your teen/ young adult go to the university?: When you decides to let your teen/ young adult go to the college, you're still able
to play with the sim but the university is not in the city where you play at that moment. you'll see a small screen and you can choose where
you want your sim to go. click on one university and then wait untill it's done loading when your there you can see your sim in the "SimBin"
you can click on your sim and place it somewhere in the town and then play.

Can you edit the town then?: Yes you can it's just the same as a normal world.

Can you make your own university?: Yes you can do that too! it works the same as Late Night.

Worlds: Sunset Valley's University, Collége du Cerveau and Nimbus University.

Rabbit Holes: the places where you need to go to learn are rabbit holes you see your sim going there but you can't see them in the building
these buildings are buildings that belongs to the university and the education your sim is doing.

Parties: Go to College Parties and Big Neighborhood Parties!

Furniture: Some new College furniture!

Clothes: New Clothes: Nerd Clothes, Cheerleader Clothes, Rabbit Costum, Tiger Costum, Pig Costum and Fashionable Clothes

Visit zoo's to learn more about the Animals or make pictures of them with your simkids or other family members to remember
and save them for later or just book a modern and rustiq hotel to go in the sauna, mudbath or the saltwaterbath to lay on
your back in the water or why don't you go and swim and have fun at waterparks or join cooking contests to win simmoney!

New Activities: Visit the Zoo, Bungalow Parks, Amusement Parks, Hotels, Waterparks and Cooking Contests

Zoo: These zoo's are to learn more about these Animals and you can go there to watch your favourite animal or just having fun at the zoo and
making pictures. Or join the tours in the zoo to see the animals better.

Bungalow Parks: These are parks with small houses you can rent and sleep there with your family or just your simself.
and there's a big shopping mall in the centre of the Bungalow Park with shops, a swimmingpool and a indoorpark.
there's also a park outside to walk, picknick and a lake to fish.

Amusement Parks: You can go and lose your simself in the Roaler Coasters, Spins, Ferris Wheels, Breakdances, Condors,
Waterslides/Coasters and Ghost Houses.

Hotels: You can book a room for your sim or with your sim's bf/gf or just the whole family. these hotels have Saltwaterbaths,
Pools, Coldwaterbaths, Sauna's, Mudbaths and Steamcabins.

Waterparks: you can swim and enjoy the waterparks when it is a hot day. You can slide down of the high waterslides or just being wet of the Water Fountains
, Play in the water playground for little children.

Cooking Contests: Join cooking contests to win simmoney. There are themes like Birthday Cakes, something with Vegetables or Desserts.

Holidays: Your sims ( kids, teen, young adults and adults ) will have 1 or 2 weeks free of holiday if they work or if your simkids wil go to school.
after every 3 "Weeks" your sim will have 1 or 2 weeks of holiday.

Clothes: some new fashionable clothes.

Build: You can Build your own Hotel, Waterpark, Amusementpark, Bungalowpark or a Zoo.

Objects: New objects to make a Hotel, Waterpark, Amusementpark, Bungalowpark or Zoo. and of course some random furnishing and build objects.

World: Naeratus City is a happy city with a lot of smiling sims there is a Waterpark, Amusementpark, a Zoo, a Bungalow Park and there are 4 Hotels
it's a city near a small river and a bush. the world is flat it doesn't have any high mountains. It looks like a Small City with a lot of stuff
to do!

 Yoga, Baseball, Golf, American Football, Rugby, Kung Fu, Judo, Dancer, Racing and Arrow Archery,

Objects: New objects to train and build up your sims skills for the sport they works on. New cars to race on the road track, new stuff that fits with the sports.

just being better at his hobby.

PS: When you choose a career for your sim it's not like that you can't work and train on the other sports you can be a pro in volleyball when you choose for a football career.

a Small Fountain wich you can place in your house, Buddhas and some new Art. ( Bedroom (Adult, Kids and Babies), Diningroom, Kitchen, Bathroom, Livingroom,
Study/Hobby.)

Build: There are some new Paintings and Floors and some new Plants for outside.

Building: A new Modern looking Earth Style Furniture Shop.

The Business: Café, Furniture Shop, Plant Shop, Electronice Shop, Saloons, General Practitions, Pharmarcy, Bakery, etc...

Build: You can build your own shop under your house or buy an empty lot and build your own shop on there or buy a shop.

The World: The name of it is Bardas City. It looks like a big business park with a lot of shops and house to live.
near the city is a port and a river ( on the right side ) and there is a Highway ( on the left side ) and there are some Skycrapers in the middle of the city ( Downtown )

Build Buy Mode: There are new doors and windows that fits with your shop and there are some billboards:

Furniture: There are some furniture that fits with the shop. If you build a bakery it should look like a bakery.

Clothes: There are new clothes that fits with the job you get or give your staff if you start a bakery you can give them bakery clothes.

New Things: There are comming new things when you start your own shop. You will get star ranks how more stars how better you shop how much more people will visit your shop and you will earn more money.
but you can get bad ranks wich means you will lose money and costumers.

New Sims: There are also new sims comming into this game.
the new sims are inspectors. They look how it goes in your shop and they look how your shop looks and if it is good they will give you Money and a Star and they will tell the whole neighborhood about your shop.
But these inspectors will dislike your shop too... if they don't like it. These inspectors just looks like normal sims so you don't know if they are inspectors.
you'll know who the inspector is after they look and buy something.

Skills: You have skills to be better at the business you have or the job you give or get.
the skills are important to get stars and to be fast.

Jobs in your Shop: You can hire sims to work in your shop like: Cleaning, Selling Stuff, Standing behind the cash register, making food etc. Of course you can fire your staff.

Buildings: No New Rabbit Holes. These shops are build by yourself or EA. there are elso some shops in the Lot Bin.

TV Programms: Economic Shows, Shop Advisor Shows, Tell Shop, Shop Commercials.
